We want to make Delivery & Returns as simple as possible for you when shopping at ProsafeDirect.com. So here is what you need to know...
FREE SHIPPING. Prosafedirect.com offer free shipping throughout the United Kingdom and Ireland for orders over £75*. Pretty great, right?!
UK orders under £75 are charged from £3.95*
ROI orders under £100 are charged from £7.50*
*Orders that contain certain heavy items maybe subject to an amended delivery charge.
All orders are sent out with Royal Mail, Fedex or Express Freight Parcel service. All of these services are normally a 48 hour service.
Most of our products are held in our warehouse, processed and dispatched within 24 hours of receiving your order. We do not dispatch at weekends but make sure any orders placed over the weekend are processed first thing on Monday morning.
For any goods not carried in stock please expect a couple of extra days for delivery. We promise, it will be worth the wait!
If you have changed your mind and you want to return an item you ordered, please let us know within 14 days after receiving the item, after this you will have another 14 days to get the item back to us.
We are unable to accept returns outside of these time frames.

All returns must be in their original packaging and in a new, unused and resellable condition. Items which have been damaged, stained or marked or used will not be accepted.
Once returned and signed off by our returns department you will be automatically issued with a refund through our website.
We cannot accept any returns for goods which are personalized in anyway to your requirement. This may but not be limited to application of logos onto garments, signage.
We also cannot return or exchange goods where hygiene may be compromised. these goods include but are not limited to hygiene products, respiratory products, ear plug and defenders, and masks.
If you would like to exchange a product for a different colour or size the same terms as above apply.
A new sales order will have to be completed for the replacement goods.
The replacement order can be set up by a member of our team who can then email a link for the payment to be made.
Whilst we take the utmost care when sending goods out we don't inspect every single item when they come in to us from the manufacturers, there for it can happen that a faulty/damaged item gets send out.
In case you happen to receive an item like this please contact us as soon as possible, you will be entitled to a replacement or a refund within the first 30 days after your purchase.
